2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) -
- FIB is one of the most strongest organizations in this server, I want to bring back the old days where every gang feared its existence. These days FIB has become a joke and I want to change that by making it super active with one of the best Undercover team to gather evidence as fast as possible and have a stronger tactical teams to be able to win and bring down criminals.
- Its been more than 2 years since I have been in this server, I have lead an unofficial family and took it to the top 3 families in the city for almost a year and a half. I have gained experience in both crime and Leo side plus have been deputies of various organizations. I have also gained trust among several leaders and other members by helping and working along with them. During these years I have gathered a trusted team to help me lead and keep FIB on top as it should be.
- My goal is to see FIB thrive and succeed. Seeing how strong the gangs have become these days, I plan on turning the tables by using my experience and trusted team to my advantage and bring fear to every criminal organization out there. I am confident in my ability to achieve my goals as the Director of FIB.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
- Choosing the right Heads of Department (HODs) is very important for maintaining not just efficiency, but also the overall morale and effectiveness of the team. Strong leaders can drive performance, foster a positive work culture, and help departments navigate challenges more smoothly. I will make sure to hire High Commands from different time zones ensuring 24/7 coverage, which is crucial for both recruitment and overseeing missions.
- Maintaining professionalism and discipline is the most important thing for me, it is key for maintaining integrity and efficiency within the FIB. Following proper chain of command and respecting everyone in the organisation will help keep things in order.
- Corruption can severely undermine the credibility of any organization. Highlighting corruption as the primary enemy and doing regular inspections will help maintain ethical standards.
- I am going to focus on collaborating with other organizations like SAHP, LSPD, NG, USS and have training sessions to better our tactics, combat skills and mainly response time (Rapid response to any situations) which is great for ensuring that everyone is aligned and working together efficiently.
- As the leader, setting up clear communication channels with all departments (HR, special forces, etc.) is a must. I will conduct regular meetings which will help address any issues in the organization.
- I will always keep reminding my members of our visions and goals which will help keep morale high and ensure that everyone is on the same page. It’s also important to maintain transparency in decision-making processes.
