Man had way more than 4 people on him whilst being chased, stopped and just didn't pull over. We dealt with this shit all night with this guy and his friends.

Thats all I have I pressed my recording keybind when I approached the situation, as I was not the first to start chasing him. My fault if this isn't conclusive, but I thought it would be enough since you can see multiple vehicles chasing him and he was at a stop, demands were given and he did not follow them.
