Life Story:
Gustav always desired to be a member of SWAT since I was a youngster. The ability to truly change the world attracted him. He accomplished his goal after years of intense training and progressing up the ranks. But his career's height came at a terrible sacrifice.
His brother Kendrick lost his life in a bank heist carried out by the most notorious criminal organisation in Spain. His loss left a hole that appeared difficult to fill and impacted him a lot, suddenly he felt that the system he has had dedicated his life to was insufficient and powerless to stop the evil that had taken his brother's life.
Carrer Story:
After his passing, his perspective changed. His uniform he wore everyday began to feel like a cage, and the rules and regulations were much like cuffs. He could not allow bureaucracy to bind his hands while he did nothing. He had access to sensitive information as I was the Deputy chief of Police. He had the information and the means at his command. After a short time, the Chief retired and Gustav has been giving the new position. However, he has been looked at from the FIB a lot more which made him be more careful with his actions. Therefore he left his position as Chief and went back to his childhood town in Paleto Bay, where he had a close relation with his parents.
There he became a Undersheriff as one was needed due to the high crime-rates on the highways. He was successful on continuing hunting the Spanish neighbourhoods due to his past problem with his brother. However, the highways became very safe after short time and he had not close access to ghetto anymore, which he mainly used to patrol. Thats why he was looking into a position back to LSPD. He applied and successfully became a Deputy again where he felt most confident to work in.
1) Gustav can rob and take bribes up to $100.000.
2) Gustav will use any weaponry to protect himself against potential enemies - legal or illegal (Gustav wont use any org weaponry for personal use, only on duty)
3) Gustav can smash bodycams off a person if he feels threatened or provoked by the person confronting him. (2 tries per situation) (/try or /do command)
4) Gustav can go into ghetto to gather information about suspicious activity and to kill enemies he feels threatened by and to use it for his personal advantage for his patrols in ghetto.
5) Gustav is allowed to falsely claim that he has requested an attorney or deny them.
6) Gustav can let 10-15s make go escape at DOC
7) Gustav can break all state legislation, for e.g. Code of Procedures/PDAA
8) Gustav can not show his ID to his 10-15 and he can lie about his name
9) Gustav can add wanted stars to people who damaged or hurted him and also clean a persons background if he thinks he was falsely convicted of
