Dev was born in Boisar, which is on the border of Mumbai, India. Dev took admission in a school that was in the main city of Mumbai, where after Dev completed his schooling with good grades. Then he decided to move permanently with his family to the main city, where he completed his graduation after moving to the main city of Mumbai, where the expenses were too high for his family and his dad was struggling to provide a better life to Dev. But Dev studied very hard and got a scholarship to study abroad in Los Santos, but the scholarship was only converging his university fees after seeing that Dev decided to take a loan for his abroad studies after completing his studies. Dev decided to work in SAHP as a police officer, as it was one of his dreams to work as a police officer. He got selected for that, and after doing lots of hard work, Dev got a good rank offered by his high commands; he got promoted and made many friends. After working in SAHP for 1 year, Dev took a transfer to LSPD. Where he became Deputy Head of SWAT, in his leo career, Dev became high command for the first time. After working for a long time, Dev decided to work with the National Guards.

Dev decided to serve the county and help citizens from criminals, so he went to give an interview in SAHP, and he got selected as a trainee. Dev completed his training, made good friends in SAHP, and started working very hard, after which he got a good rank. Later, one of his friends was given a good offer to work in LSPD as a supervisor, by which dev decided to take a transfer to LSPD. After doing a lot of hard work, dev got promoted to Deputy Head of SWAT in LSPD. Now Dev got some powers in his hand, but still he was not earning good money that could fulfill his needs, so he later got a good offer to work in the National Guards as a Head of SASD. Dev took this opportunity and started working in the National Guards. But still, he was not getting paid enough. To fulfill his needs, he decided to leak information about org, and he also started taking money from criminals.
Outcomes:
1 - Dev can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
