All with picking different Socialclub Accounts. Theres no mistakes at all or not knowing rules at certain times. Nobody stumbles into an account 200x. You used the other accounts during phases where the others are banned. Simple as that.
There is also 8 other IDs currently under Investigation for the same case.

Don't punish me dude as I have a small doubt, how do you detect different social clubs from different devices?Via IP address? Because my brother wanna play RP sometime later on a different device and yk our home router has only one IP address being assigned to it.
In that case, would me and my brother with diff social club accounts and devices would be counted as one?
Btw, I'm a very responsible citizen but I don't know what he'll do.. explaining how things work here are all I can do. So I also get a ban if he violates something as we both will be using same IP?
