1. Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I want to be the leader of National Guard out of my love and compassion for the Legal and Law Enforcement Organisations. Yes, I have been in the gangs before but legal orgs feel like home to me. I believe out of all legal orgs I have served for, National Guard has the most flexible and the most joyous work environment. I am quite sure that after becoming the leader of National Guard I will use my compassion for legal orgs & for NG itself to take this organisation to new heights.
2.2 I have been in National Guard for a fair enough period and I know where the lapses that are in the functioning of the army. By becoming the leader of National Guard I will work on these lapses with full dedication and make the system of army functioning without any friction. I will uphold equality and uproot any favoritism present within the organistaion. Given the fact NG recruits citizens with as low as 3 years in city, new comers go through a lot and are often confused. I have been there and know how difficult it is being a new comer and a first timer in a Legal Organisation. I will myself work on the ground, communicate with them and try to guide them through the whole working environment of the National Guard.
2.3 I have defended and represented the interests of National Guard in the Courtroom, the experience of being the Lead DA of NG and the knowhow of State Laws and Legislation makes me a very fit candidate for the position of General. If I become the leader I will be representing the National Guard in courtroom along with the DA team of the Organistaion. I have a wide experience in the Internal Affairs of multiple Legal Organistaions across the city, being the leader of National Guard I will myself ensure that the Internal Affairs Department is functioning without any favoritism and internal rules are enforced with fair methods along with keeping work environment healthy. My focus will be on MPIA & HR Department as these ones are the Internal Rule enforcing and Public facing departments respectively but require a constant supervision.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 To improve RP I will be getting some of the troops to be stationed at high grounds (not during raids), and near the key locations within the Fort Zancudo like places by the Hangar, main hangar, containers, silos, the fire station, ATC tower and along the air strip.
3.2 More and special emphasis on collaborations with other State and Law Enforcement Organistions will improve RP of not only the employees of NG but also of the members of other state organizations. The Military police can as usual conduct city patrols with organisations like FIB, LSPD or SAHP. The Air Force of NG will performing scouts and could relay information to SAHP or FIB for banditry happening in their jurisdiction and actively participating in law enforcement.
3.3 The standout change to improve RP will be brought by introducing the system of Court Martial. Introduction of Court Martial will improve RP and increase discipline in the army itself. It will be only called upon for the cases which are very high profile, very complicated or the cases which are conflicting in nature.
3.4 Slowly in the other half of my term, I will be introducing “Intelligence Wing” in the army. These specialised soldiers will be quite helpful scouting the either of the two highways during and before a Ammo Run collaborating with Undercovers of other Law Enforcement Organistaions.
