as u see in my pov i was leaving my friends house in a rush and i was testing out the drift kit on the carsharing vehicle but it took off very quickly. as you see when i take off and get onto the street my friend i hit jumped into the street and i hit him accidentally then hit the wall as im not use too the speed of that car and it drifting being so hard to turn away. i did not hit him on purpose and i feel that its funfair that i get punished for him jumping in the street when cars are coming .

Hii, You are only showing the POV Where you Ram the Person Running on the Road and hence trying to Deceive by Showing Cropped POV. Except for the Fact that before getting on the Road you also Hit a Person with your car who was on sidewalk, Drifting and all is fine But if you hit someone for no reason that too multiple times that is Definitely CR in My Opinion.
