Dear Admins,
I just get on duty for my work, I saw this stranger roaming inside capital, I didn't take any action first as there was no one at the gates, and I thought he might be waiting for someone to come, then after that he came inside the court room, so as it is visible in my POV, i detained him as an investigative measure, but when i released him by arms to search his pockets, he evaded from there (timestamp 1:40-1:52) he did a Bug Abuse - passed through the gates which are locked. After all this, after searching I let him go after issuing the warning not to trespass.
(Time stamp 6:35) - He was again inside so I issued him one more warning to leave but in response of that he started dancing in the middle of that serious situation which can't be considered a good standard RP (Fail Rp).
I asked him to stop, given a warning taser shot fire on wall and then tried to tase him down, but after tasing also he was having that object in his hand due to which I can't cuff him, he ran from there but came back again inside the court room and started running inside the court room for no reason (Fail RP + Attempted provoking), I tried to tase him again inside but failed to detain him as he was holding an object in his hands.
Then according to the IC rules written in firearms code 5.6 g) On the Grounds of Escape or Attempted Escape - Where the Use of Immobilising Force fails or is not possible in the circumstances, Law Enforcement Ocers and Civil Servants may use Lethal Force in order to prevent the escape of a Suspect. i) At least one clear verbal Warning should be given before Lethal Force is used on a Suspect who is clearly Evading Detention and/or Arrest or is attempting to Escape from Custody (eg: “Stop or I will Shoot”). ii) Where a Suspect may not hear a verbal Warning, a Warning Shot may be red in addition to the verbal Warning. iii) If a Suspect cooperates with the order to stop, Lethal Force must not be used unless the Suspect remains a Direct Threat or is Armed and Dangerous.
So I have a clear IC reason under legislation to use my lethal force (shotgun used here) for which I issued him a verbal warning first (timestamp 8:15) aimed my gun on him, I also fired a warning shot on wall (timestamp 8:35) after all this also he didn't stop even being unarmed fearing to save his life (Fear RP) , so after all this procedue he didn't comply so I had to shot him down as he was still holding that object in his hand while running.
(Timestamp 12:05-12:30) - While I was reading his miranda rights doing my RP properly, he started making provoking sounds which again can't be considered as a good standard RP. (Fail RP + Provoking)
