Additional information
1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Grand RP was the first and only RP server that I played on and I instantly felt at home here.
I built up a good connection with the players in and around the city, I have accomplished a lot of stuff in this city of EN3 and on EN1,
IN EN3 I have been a deputy of almost every State Org multiple times on EN3 and deputy of most of the Criminal Orgs on EN1 a long time ago
also the first terrorist organisation to complete 2 terms as far as I'm aware on EN1.
I have experienced a lot of Roleplay scenes/scenarios, I would love to improve the level of Roleplay provided within the city and make sure all the players enjoy their time here as much as possible.
I have had my own share of ups and downs within the city but I'm ready to step up, improve and make a change to not only the city but myself too. EN3 has an amazing team of Admins and I would love to be apart of this amazing team.
2.What are your strengths?
I am a good listener and will try my very hard to find a solution to a problem, I'm a fast learner and I'm always open to new ideas, I am very dedicated to anything I set my eyes on, I am not biased and would never try to show favouritism towards anyone or any family/ organization. I am more than happy to take criticism and know the difference between criticism and admin disrespect/ server disrespect.
3.What are your weaknesses?
I have a reputation for being hot headed THIS WILL CHANGE, I understand Admins have to show a good level of professionalism and respect to EVERYONE I will always make sure to be calm and see things from both people perspective before making any decision/conclusion and always remain calm no matter what is said to me or about a decision or any criticism.
4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have a lot of experience with DOJ as ex AG a few times and ex SCJ a few times, also I have experience as a deputy and even when I haven't be deputy I have been involved in most crustal decisions when I'm available for all orgs I have been in to help give advise.
5.Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

6.Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
I care for my grandmother and auntie as they are both very ill, im close to my computer most of the time

I have a tonne of experience, i know alot about the law, yes i need to update myself on the rules but i know how to quickly refer to them to help me make a decision.
