2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to be leader of Ballas cause it is the best gang in the ghetto , also I’ve been HC many times of Ballas and in other crime orgs in all my 51 years in the city, and I would like to take my experience and become the leader of my favorite gang in the city, also a lot of people got ballas some of them succeed some of them not but under my watch I’ll make sure to make this term in ballas memorable and successful with me and my HCS taking lead over the gang once and for all
- Creating RP situations between us and Leos will be my main target as we all here to have fun so many FZ’s/gun stores robberies / hostage situations will be held daily to increase rp situations for both leos and gang members
- For turfs i will be sure to do my best to take 100% also will be focused on the other events like the Clandestine, Battleship and more events also the ghetto for sure we will be active there to take the control over the other gangs.
Also my Highcommands will be interviewed correctly and ill make a list of questions for them so I make sure they know rules and follow them accordingly.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-Will do my best to keep the gang as active as i can.
-Events with LEOs to improve the RP from both sides (Gun Stores, Hostages, FZ)
-Make a list of strict questions to new people so i can make sure no rulebreakers in my gang.
-Make 100% sprays with a good spray team
-No toxicity (From myself, deputies, under-deputies, members, no one)
-No favoritism everyone will get the rank he deserves.
-Make special events for my gang.
-Aiming for 100% turf territories.
-Aiming for more activity in the ballas gang and make it through a successful term without any rule breaking
