2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 - Being a LEO wasn`t my first choice but i had a Friend from FIB and he Inspired me to become one ,but due to my age in city i wasn`t Qualified enough to Join FIB and Work alongside with him but i wasn`t Aware that i cant fill any of the Requirements of LSPD or SAHP either and them my friend took me to National Guard . And National Guard was the first organization that gladly welcomed me in as their own . From that day, they Inspired to be the leader of this great organization one day. Joining NG has shown me the importance of self-discipline, commitment and most importantly it teaches us of what it takes to become a Great leader. During my time at NG, I have witnessed a lot of respect from the lowest rank from being a private 1 to the highest in command of the Organization. NG gives everyone the opportunity to lead from the front, even in simple tasks like doing an ammo run. Which is something I would like to continue to do, especially when units proving themselves of their Own Capability and Taking charge of their Responsibility.
2.2 - My Experience in National Guard helped me to understand the Need of us in city and Our Responsibility to Serve and Safeguard the city , Alongside with My Experience in LSPD , SAHP and FIB Helped me to Understand and Help them with their Needs And Lead my fellow members on Missions and by Holding a Good Relationship with them by providing them Ammunition while they Safeguard Our Base from people Trespassing the Base and Helping us to DEFEND the Base from Criminal Gangs During FZ Raid.
2.3 - The departments within NG are essential to the success of our organization. I Was Lucky Enough to be a part of all the departments during my time at NG which made me Understand their importance and by ensuring that these departments are led by the best individuals will greatly hold the Overall Success of National Guard.
3. Advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:
3.1- Roleplay within the National Guard is essential , Soldiers will be stationed at gates to inquire the citizens for the reasons of their Visit and to ensure compliance with the entire recruitment process and base protection by Ensuring that they are Well Trained and well Disciplined, Before they were placed on duty.
3.2- Implementing radio codes will highlight the significance of RP within the NG organization. Units will be trained to get familier and utilize these codes during my leadership of NG and Making sure they are trained about the Tactics and Strategy During Situations by Planning along with FIB , LSPD and SAHP .
3.3- Involving other organizations, such as emergency services (EMS), is crucial. EMS is vital to our ability to operate efficiently. Holding a solid relationship with an organization like EMS will benefit both sides and Making sure that we Succeed in our Missions .
3.4 - Having a unit in the air at all times is crucial for keeping our base well-informed about the locations of gangs and any potential threats that might happen. Ensuring that Air Force units use proper radio calls will improve the roleplay situation within this department , By making them Work along with SASD helps us to improve the chances of Winning and Maintaining Coordination between Both the SASD and AF by making sure that every SASD Soldier is Well trained to be a Pilot .
