Yesterday me and my friend/officer ID: 172039 were out on border checkup when we encountered the Ballas gang. They were repeatedly coming near our outpost we set up. So, I gave demands to leave, but unfortunately the person couldn't hear me, and booked me for RDM (GR 6.15). Krish Pluxury gave me and my friend a warn and I came back to appeal it.
But Pablo rejected it and said it was UB Demand. How can it be UB demand when I gave a warning to leave in 5 second and started from 4, the count of 5 is included in the sentence. Thus, I start from 4.
Proof:
Starting from 5 seconds will become 6 second in total countdown, and that's unfair. Not in this roleplay but in other cases it will be an issue. For example, free passage.
in the video I posted you can see I started my warning call to "Leave the Area, 5 seconds", at 0:40 and counted to 4,3,2,1 and at 0:45 was my first shot fired.
Which makes it well within 5 second times provided. Thus, I don't feel UB is valid here.

Secondly, we have the voice issue, there is a possibility that my voice circle is low, which is normally hard to notice as we don't meddle it more often. But there is also a possibility the reporting player couldn't hear me (Audio Bug) or had muted me purposely. In the server there are some people who can't hear me or I can't hear them, this is frequent after the Halloween update and I made several tickets in game regarding that, if possible, please check it.
And, in the Pov of 172039 who also appealed. He could hear me clearly.

And, in this case, we are only 0.5M apart when the car is just 1 meter away from barricade. Now take it a case of Isosceles triangle as me and ID 172039 are at same distance with respect to the ballas car. Which makes it an isosceles triangle. And the height in this case is H= Root(3)/2 X base = 0.43M as base is 0.5m.
Means the range of hearing is well within the range to hear. Half a meter is well within the smaller hearing circle. So, we can omit out the case of smaller circle.

Also, the person who reported cropped the video after I approached him, because he still can't hear me. Muting someone and continuing RP is warned. Here, I'm not putting allegations on him. But him cropping the POV brings suspicion.

Approved - RDM | 167881 + 172039
In the POV it can be seen at timestamp 0:55 when I was near the officers, at no point was I given any demands or instructed to leave the area, but ID 167881 and ID 172039 started shooting me randomly (RDM) as can be seen at timestamp 0:59.
