Moro Wong upbringing in the desolate town of Sandy Shores shaped him into someone who knew the value of grit and survival. But life had always been unfair to him. Losing his father at a young age and stepping into the role of provider hardened him. He dreamed of escaping the hopeless cycle of poverty, and when the chance to join law enforcement presented it self, Moro saw it as more than a job it was a ticket out.
However, the reality of the badge wasn’t what Moro had envisioned. In the corrupt and crime ridden streets of San Andreas, he quickly realized that playing by the rules got him nowhere. His dreams of honor and justice were eroded by the stark truth: survival in this world wasn’t about integrity, it was about power. Seeing the wealth and influence of those bending the law, Moro made a choice. If the system was broken, why not profit from it? Slowly, he began taking bribes, looking the other way, and even making deals with criminals who could pay the right price.

CAREER STORY:
Moro career began with high hopes as he joined the San Andreas Police Department, eager to serve and protect. He quickly earned a reputation for his street smarts and adaptability, traits honed during his tough upbringing. His superiors praised his ability to handle high pressure situations, and he soon earned a spot in the tactical unit. But the closer he got to the underbelly of the city, the clearer it became that the law wasn’t black and white it was a gray battlefield, and everyone was fighting for their own survival.
The turning point came during a raid where Moro found himself face to face with the kind of wealth and power he’d never known. Instead of confiscating everything, he struck a deal. That deal marked the start of a slippery slope. From there, Moro began skimming money from drug busts, selling seized weapons, and forming covert alliances with powerful criminals. For Moro, being a corrupt officer wasn’t just a choice it was a means of climbing out of the life of struggle he had always known.
Now, Moro is deeply entangled in a web of power and deceit, balancing his role as an officer with his own selfish pursuits. The streets that once crushed his dreams now feed his ambition, and he’ll do whatever it takes to stay on top.
