I was waiting for informal to start and this guy once again try's to kill me and you can see in POV he is shooting at me and my Car before event. Regardless if he's hit me or not shooting at me and my car before informal is forbidden and still fall under Rule of ER 1.2, I see people get RDM for randomly shooting in city so i dont like the fact he is shooting at my car and trying to kill me.
