Rejected Car stolen out of GZ | ID unknown

This might be a stretch as I don't have the ID. My car was stolen out of a green zone, I was wondering if there were logs you could check to find out who did it and they be punished appropriately. If not, you should specify that cars can get stolen out of GZ, and people should not leave their cars in GZ. I provided proof of me leaving it in a GZ. Also if you would rather the link be uploaded to youtube let me know.
