High Raterr commenced her law enforcement career with the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), motivated by a deep commitment to learning the nuances of policing and proving her abilities wherever possible. But when she was transferred to the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB), she became aware of the systemic corruption that was rife and that her coworkers frequently gave in to the pressure of bribes and self-interest.
Even with the widespread attraction of corruption, High Raterr never wavered in her dedication to honesty. With unwavering determination, she steered through the perilous waters of the FIB, depending on his strong moral compass to lead her through the moral minefield.
Career Saga
But as time went on, High Raterr's morale started to suffer due to her disappointment with the FIB's widespread corruption. The continual exposure to immoral activity weakened her faith in the system she had once believed in, even though she made every attempt to stay principled.
Decided to return to the SAHP after all, equipped with a fresh perspective on the intricacies of law enforcement. With a fresh dedication to defending her values, she saw the necessity to maneuver the system tactically, drawing on his experiences at the FIB. After being awarded the Chief Commander position by SAHP, she was able to gain insight into and enhance her communication abilities by interacting with other citizens while on duty.
Outcomes:
1.High Raterr can ask criminals to drop their weapons and items and keep them for herself or sell them in the black market. (Not FIB items)
2.High Raterr can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
3.High Raterr can use a truth serum on People (using the /try command and 2 per situation).
4.High Raterr can Torture people for information or other items like money or weapons with more than 2 people with her (Person should follow fear rp)
5.High Raterr don't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures like showing id and not reading Miranda Rights.
6.High Raterr can use FIB vehicles while working in undercover outfit (not for personal purposes, only to arrest and for other FIB activities only).
7High Raterr can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with her family members. ( No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ)
