In the pov I presented you can clearly see 311 was in fact mercy killed at the end of the pov he was finished off while inside of the ghetto by one of his friends

At exactly 0:43 seconds you can see 311 was on the ground next to me and whoever was sniping clearly finished him and sent him to the hospital. Had we eliminated the threat we would have continued trying to rob him however Yaswanth said in his reply "ID 311 was not killed and he was not even given time to react as soon as he got revived he tried to put hands in air and shoot out started + It is ghetto any one can shoot" just because anyone can shoot does not mean anyone can finish their friends in the ghetto.
