How Do I Exit The Game?

This should be the easiest thing for me to have figured out by now, but once I am in the RP server how do I leave and quit out? I have looked everywhere in the settings and the menu and there are no options to exit the game. So I either have to Alt-Tab out and select the "X" to close it manually, or I have to force close the program through task manager.

Please help, what am I missing? Thank you in advance.
