2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. When I came to the city, I joined the National Guard. This was the second organization I joined. As a newcomer, I worked hard and gained experience day by day. Eventually, I was promoted to Chief of Staff of Military Police. At that time, I was very strict about my work and received a lot of appreciation. This experience gives me the confidence to become a General of the National Guard.
2.2. I have also worked in other organizations like Government, SAHP, LSPD, and FIB, where I held high command positions. I understand the rules and know how to handle various situations. My primary experience comes from the National Guard, where, as a Chief of Staff, I observed situations and found solutions.
2.3. If I become the leader of the National Guard, I will focus more on hiring and training. Proper training leads to effective and timely work. I will be strict about my standards to ensure the organization operates smoothly.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization:
3.1. If I become a General, my main focus will be on maximizing activity to keep every soldier engaged and working effectively. At the end of each period, I will reward the most active soldier with a bonus of 150k and hold a promotion ceremony every week. Additionally, the most active soldiers will receive medals for their contributions.
3.2. I will ensure that every soldier can effectively use RP commands to enhance roleplay. I will also maintain a strong high command within the organization to prevent issues and ensure all events are completed on time. High command will also oversee hiring to ensure it is conducted properly, preventing conflicts within the organization.
3.3. My focus will also be on attending events to create a safe environment within the base and eliminate illegal activities in the city. I will conduct extensive hiring through advertisements and state waves, and we will organize events to encourage citizen participation.

Human Resources: The Human Resources Department will be responsible for hiring and training new members to ensure they can work effectively without issues.
Military Police: The Military Police will ensure that the organization remains free from corruption and illegal activities. They will inspect vehicles to prevent smuggling and conduct ground patrols.
Black Ops: Black Ops will respond to all types of events, including store robberies and hostage situations, to prevent crime in Los Santos. They will collaborate with Military Police and Human Resources to gather reports on all activities, including those involving the Air Force.
Air Force: While the ground operations are secure, the Air Force will ensure safety in the air, monitoring for any suspicious activities and safeguarding the base from above.
