Connection Issue

I was using exitlag for ping issues for like 2,3 months but now when i open game it says connection lost reconnecting issue at login, but when i turn off my exitlag then it connects peacefully to the server.The problem is that theres a ping issue for me when i play without exitlag.Any solution appreciated...
