Hey, i got a warning for RDM when i was in the ghetto. I was in Vespucci Canals, and its been affirmed by Mazhor that near ghetto areas and near hq areas are gonna be considered ghetto. Also i have numerous examples of people only getting demorgan for RDM so i dont see how its fair to give me a warning for it anyways.

About the warning, read this rule clearly :
General Rule 6.15: When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
