Dear Admin,
I was at humane labs, and i was there to meet my friends who were in ems they called me there this leo come and stop me from entering the labs. I was standing there outside after that this guy placed a spike under my car which is not possible and after which my car was stuck there and its tyre was punctured after that this guy stunned me while i was sitting in the car and then cuffed me and also was running by dragging me which is a rule break.
