Life Story:
Evan was born in a middle class family of Pakistan , his dreams was too big and he thought that every thing can be fixed by money and it was true to some extent . After the age of 15 Evan shifted to Los Santos on a account of earning millions of dollars and eventually he met a guy who was a Gang leader and he told evan to do work for him and smuggle drugs and he agreed to pay him a lot of money , so Evan started working for him and slowly slowly he won his trust and Evan was his right hand but one day during smuggling his information was leaked by one of his best friend to a police officer and he was arrested that time and was vanished from the scene.
Career Story:
As told in the life story, Evan was arrested and a day he got released and he decided to join legal organization because he learnt many things from his arrest and He was successful in joining ARMY , he started working as an honest leo but one day he met some leos that were doing corruption and illegal activities in the ARMY and Evan started talking to them and eventually they become friends and this thing attracted Evan too much as a result he started doing illegal activites in ARMY.
Outcomes:
1) Evan is able to take bribes (up to $100k).
2) Evan is able to pick up guns and ammunition from the ground for he own benefit. (Not during an active gun fight)
3) Evan can become a hostage for bribe (up to 100k)
4) Evan can do illegal Activities With he family members and friends such as robbing, ghetto clapping etc. (only while off duty) without entering hq of any Gang
5) Evan can destroy suspect's bodycam to stop them from recording their bodycam (using /try command) per 2 times a situation
6) Evan can ask criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so He can keep them for personal use or sell in black market ( Not organization's guns ) while off / on duty
7) Evan can refuse to show his ID to other LEOS or 10-15s to save himself while doing corruption
8) Evan can carry organization stuff off duty to respond to the situation in order to save his org members but not for personal use.
9) Evan can release 10-15s for free or bribe upto 100k
10) Evan can use and carry drugs, Cocaine and illegal weapons on/off duty.
