the main thing he did was Power gaming he cuffed me while i was running at 00:23 sec. and next thing he dragged me without doing rp and not saying "dragging you by my arm" and while uncuffing me he did'nt say "ill be uncuffing you" at 5:23 sec and 7:41 sec.
