I hope you are doing well. I want to apologize for a pricing mistake I made on one of the items. The intended price was 12,000, but due to an error, I mistakenly added an extra zero, making it appear as 120,000.

My friend noticed the issue and clarified the matter with one of the admins. He also informed me to submit a formal explanation, which I am doing now through this message.

I sincerely regret the confusion caused by this mistake and appreciate your understanding as I work to ensure such errors do not happen again in the future.
