Despite having an immensely wealthy family, Rio Jodd experienced a troubled childhood. His father was a ruthless drug lord who mercilessly dominated the drug-infested city. The Jodds family lived in a luxury secured walled enclosure, but the place proved to be more of a hindrance. They had very hard views such that they did not even think about them or regard them as people. But it would be an error to call Rio’s life simple. Young Rio had it all that anyone his age could fantasize about - the trendiest sneakers, the most elegant dresses, and mind-blowing riches. As a young boy, Rio possessed everything one could imagine - the finest trainers, the prettiest dresses, and a remarkable wealth. However, his father had a past as well, one that was seeped in violence, power and enigmas. Ever since he could remember, Rio’s father had rarely shown him any love which made him think that loyalty and power were the essentials for survival. It was quite clear to Rio, who quickly understood the tyranny of his clan, that the riches of his family have no free access and there is always something that comes along with it; his mother, who did not make a fuss over anything, was more of a pageant queen than a caregiver. As early as eleven years boys in Rio’s father’s dangerous businesses. From an early age, Rio was introduced to drugs as he was constantly under the influence of drug lords, and drugs and threats were in plenty around him. What began as an effort to fit in with the adults around him soon spiraled into a full-blown vice. Tucked away under layers of self-constructed façade, copious amounts of drugs gave Rio escape from the tensions of growing up in such violent and certain circumstances, and by the ages twelve and thirteen, he had been thoroughly addicted to them. Only a few of the people stuck to Rio in their whole upbringing, and when he was fourteen, something terrible happened. After looking into his father’s drug dealings for years, the FIB finally decided to eradicate the empire. The FIB brutally breached the Jodd residence. In the shootout that followed, Rio’s mother was unfortunately unarmed, while his father was shot dead. The Jodd family for many years had been considered a threat to the peace of the FIB and its operatives made it their mission to dismantle the empire at any costs. The police arrested Rio, who was still a minor and in his teenage years during the assault. The FIB thought of him as a tragic collateral damage of his parent's crime, though it was hard to bear losing his both parents. Only to erase the empire that had been built on the back of genocide and misery- not care about his plight. Considering the age of the defendant and the seriousness of the drug problem, he was placed in a rehabilitation center instead of a juvenile jail. The opportunity was afforded to Rio to commence his search for the slayers of his trauma and vice that existed in him and for the brief span of his life.
Career story
Passing treatment, Rio Jodd was very much looking forward to going back to living his life, as returned and craved for normalcy. It is sad to note that the man was only 22 Years old still. To understand better the global society that he had been a part of in the past, he immersed himself in textbooks especially on history and laws.- which is quite evident in the nature of studies he pursued. However, perhaps bent by the realities looming in every corner of her existence, which has a stark contrast with his past, and to this day it beats him hard that all the family ever owned was lost and in the great city of Los Santos, to make things worse, it became very difficult for him to cope.
In an effort to begin anew, Rio was prepared to embrace a fresh position of employment, which was at Los Santos Police Department (LSPD). He occupied quite a number of ranks in the corpse with a conviction that this time round it will not be in vain. He worked so hard and zeroed on the goals that he attained the position of the Head of the Investigation Department-Investigation Bureau of LSPD. For the first time in his life, a certain Rio had begun overstaying his welcome, but it was on the strength of his own good name and not that of the infamous family he was born into. And just like this or in other words, the changes began and history started repeating itself. As time went by, however, Rio became affected, something occupationally related. In other words, he coped with the stress by indulging in his addiction, often at great expense. At the mountain’s peak, he lost himself and spiraled out of control, owing both to the strain that economic ruin and the disorder together inflicted upon him.
The low moment had not dampened Rio’s zeal, as he had reached a crossroads. A recommendation was made for him to join the FIB’s Under cover unit. He was instrumental in the timely execution of the FIB’s active operations. Rio had enormous skills and commitment so it was the FIB that he was keen on making his contributions. But even so, the lingering question was, would he be able to exorcise those demons from his past? Or would they break him?
Outcomes
1. Rio can take bribes (up to100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Rio can torture/interrogate for information and use truth serum (/try uses truth serum twice per situation ).
3. Rio can engage in any type of criminal activities with his family members and his friends.
4.Rio can search suspects and leos for their bodycams, and destroy them. ( using /try 2 tries per situation and /do to break )
5. Rio can remove or change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines.
