   On the instructions of Tom Jackson, Alfons Cain, or Jonathan Breitling, because they informed the other admins that wearing a balaclava on duty (outside of special operations) would result in a UB sanction.

5. How did the situation arise, and what happened: I was on duty and received a UB sanction from Aladin because I was wearing a balaclava.
   I had a conversation with the admin who sanctioned me, and he said that the Chiefs and Curator of Administration made the decision.
   The decision is that wearing a balaclava on duty, if it’s not a special operation, will result in a sanction.
