Approved GR 6.1 + Fail RP + PG + RDM | 103409

As can be seen in the beginning of POV there is no officer around/following me, later at timestamp 0:24 ID 103409 approaches me and randomly tases me without any RP or demand/warning violating Fail RP + RDM rule. He then tases me through the window (note that only half of the right side of window was shattered) violating PG rule, he then cuffs me while I have a gun in my hand at timestamp 0:32 (also PG). In the Imgur Proof the time ingame is shown to prove that the individual also did "/try" command more than twice in the situation violating GR 6.1.

Note: The person's real iD is 176324 and is using makeup in this case.

Ok first of all he was holding a gun and running as u can see so i can detain him. I didnt shoot him with lethal guns i just used teaser. And he started Running after that so i can use lethal that time so no RDM , And when i teased him u can also see theere was no gun visible so i cuffed him and as soon as the teaser effect finished i saw gun and i uncuff him So idk it will be PG or not .

And as u can see there was 2, 10-15 so i had to break both of their bodycam and after finishing with one i went to a another place and tried to break the bodycam , So for both of them 2 different situation right.?
