Sai's Story:
Sai was born in Los Santos, although he was left out by his parents. He was rescued by a good-willed lady who heard his voice cry out for help and was on the verge of death. She had no parents, no partner, or any children of her own, and she decided to adopt Sai when he turned five months. They were a lovely family.
As Sai grew up, he came to realize that his biological parents are the same ones who abused him as a child and left him homeless on the streets. Defying all odds, Sai worked hard and smart and ultimately decided to take up a Bachelorโs degree in Criminology and Law Enforcement at the University of San Andreas. During his studies, he had prepared himself well for each task and had a deep appreciation of how a criminal thinker operates, so he received a scholarship in return. Then, he proceeded to a higher degree in the field of criminal justice, which he attained with the first class honors.
After finishing his education, Sai entered the Government service of the USSS. He was dedicated to his work, and in a few years, he was promoted to Special Elite because of his dedication to professionalism. He has built a reputation for being tenacious and is known to reliably secure high-profile subjects under his protection. As a result, Sai has become a well-respected member of the force.
Career Story ;
Sai commenced on his USSS, taking advantage of a clean slate that was beneficial to his entrance. Not withstanding completing the training, he thought that it was not enough and he changed to LSPD, finding contentment in both the job's satisfaction and the financial rewards it offered. However, after approximately six months, the memories of a previous incident involving his girlfriend resurfaced and he decided to leave the city and take a different approach to life.
Having chosen to live outside the metropolitan rush, Sai decided to join the Government again after he was done with his career in Government he then decided to join National Guard and after telling all of the stories to his FIB Director, he was advanced to high command. This was obtained after substantial training. Driven by a desire for vengeance against the ones who inflicted pain towards his friend, Sai focused all his energy in self-preparing which also drained his savings. The economic pressure, however, forced him to think about getting back into the world of crime to seek revenge for his wife while also resolving his economic problems.
Complicating the issues, Sai managed to focus on what was needed, the purchase of a house, but was constrained by the available finances. The prospects of deepening into the underworld of the mob seemed to be the only way of getting back at his enemies and satisfying
Outcomes:
1. Sai can make criminals to drop their weapons and illegal items and keep them for himself or sell them in the black market. (Not FIB items, with 2 additionals the suspect should follow fear rp)
2. Sai can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
3. Sai can use a truth serum on People (using the /try command and 2 per situation).
4. Sai can Torture people for information or other items like money or weapons with 2 more Agents with him (Person should follow fear rp)
5. Sai don't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures like showing id and not reading Miranda Rights.
6. Sai can give himself as a Hostage. (If he is bribed up to 100k and will not abuse this outcome)
7. Sai can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with his family members. ( No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ)
8. Sai can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation or /do after injecting truth serum).
9. Sai can use illegal items like drugs/illegal weapons while on and off duty.
10. Sai can take bribes up to 100K.
