Life Story
An extensive period of childhood disturbance came to Rio Jodd, son of a wealthy well to do family, since his father was a very rough past-having and the relationship of the family with each other very tyrannical. Since he was born by a pageant queen rather than a nurturing mother, he was exposed to drugs very early; he actually would have been an addict at twelve or thirteen years. When the FIB got an idea to wipe the Jodd clan out of existence, they came in very violently breaking into their house and slaughtering their father. He became a prisoner as such at age 14-the society kept him in a rehabilitation center rather than juvenile detention. The little boy was ever seen as a collateral casualty of his father's wrong-doings by the FIB but they never saw his suffering. Instead, they tucked him away comfortable within one of their rehab centers to start his journey to recovery as he began to look for the slayers of his trauma and vice.

Passing treatment, Rio Jodd was very much looking forward to going back to living his life, as returned and craved for normalcy. It is sad to note that the man was only 22 Years old still. To understand better the global society that he had been a part of in the past, he immersed himself in textbooks especially on history and laws.- which is quite evident in the nature of studies he pursued. However, perhaps bent by the realities looming in every corner of her existence, which has a stark contrast with his past, and to this day it beats him hard that all the family ever owned was lost and in the great city of Los Santos, to make things worse, it became very difficult for him to cope.
In an effort to begin anew, Rio was prepared to embrace a fresh position of employment, which was at Los Santos Police Department (LSPD). He occupied quite a number of ranks in the corpse with a conviction that this time round it will not be in vain. He worked so hard and zeroed on the goals that he attained the position of the Head of the Investigation Department-Investigation Bureau of LSPD. For the first time in his life, a certain Rio had begun overstaying his welcome, but it was on the strength of his own good name and not that of the infamous family he was born into. And just like that, things started to turn around, and history started playing out all over again. Time took its toll on Rio as he began to suffer from the stress that came with his job. One of the ways in which he dealt with this pressure was by expensively supporting his habit. Rio was halfway up the mountain when he lost control and crashed back down into the depths of despair, partially due to the financial pressure and emotional turmoil forced upon him by the addiction.
The low moment had not dampened Rio’s zeal, as he had reached a crossroads. A recommendation was made for him to join the FIB’s Under cover unit. He was instrumental in the timely execution of the FIB’s active operations. Rio had enormous skills and commitment so it was the FIB that he was keen on making his contributions. But even so, the lingering question was, would he be able to exorcise those demons from his past? Or would they break him?

1. Rio can take bribes (up to100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Rio can torture/interrogate for information and use truth serum (/try uses truth serum twice per situation ).
3. Rio can engage in any type of criminal activities with his family members and his friends.
4.Rio can search suspects and leos for their bodycams, and destroy them. ( using /try 2 tries per situation and /do to break )
5. Rio can remove change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines.

7. Rio can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request and refuse to show any type of ID.
