Crescent was borned in Medicana Hospital in San Francisco 22/11/1988. His father was a smuggler.
Crescent, he got involved in his father's affairs, even if he didn't want to. He had a very dangerous childhood.
They were constantly smuggling weapons across the border and selling them to gangs and states.
There was only one rule in this trade, the weapons they sold were not to be used against their own country.
They killed anyone who didn't follow this rule. Crescent got grow, he began to have more control over family business.
After his father was caught and imprisoned for arms smuggling, he took over all the business.
Thanks to the rules they applied in their trade, he had a lot of acquaintances. He began to know about all the actions to be taken against his own country.
Over time, he had contact with the FIB. As he was smuggling, his quick access to all kinds of information caught the attention of the FIB.
After lengthy negotiations, he agreed to work for the FIB. In this process, he would continue the family business and would not be interfered with.
It would also provide more and more pinpoint information to the FIB.
Since the information he collected was very valuable for his country, he was given the authority to establish a team and perform operations over time.
Because his family and country comes first, if there is a situation that threatens , he can kill, rob or torture them to find out who did it for their safety.
1. Can turn a blind eye if someone in his family is doing something illegal on the streets.
2. Since he is an agent, his equipment (weapons, handcuffs and radio) is always on him and the radio is ready for use.
3. Can cut deals with some of his friends that he used to know .
4. Can use illegal weapons to cover his Identity .
5. Can go into the ghetto when he is off-dutty .
6. He does anything illegal/legal that benefits him financially excluding leaking info since he is loyal to FIB.
7. Can buy/sell weapons in Black Market (except organisation equipements) .
8. Can recognize people by their voice.
9. Carries with him always the truth serum. which he can inject it to suspects to get some informations .
10. Can get himself invovled in some criminal activity as an undercover to take evidence .
11. With his training and driving, he can confidently drive any vehicle at high speeds without the risk of injury to himself or passengers.
