How it can be Gr 3.1 rule break i m not even insulting anyone by there names and targeted anyone.

I know you guyzz are more knowledgeable and experienced than me but i feel it is not an right decision if he given me the punishment of FL in CC then i don't had any objection but 3.1 states insulting someone OOC. i haven't insulted anyone OOC it was an wrong chat that is it and he immediately banned me after seeing the message it takes 2 mint cool down to type again so that i can apologize but he banned me immediately.

I request please check the proofs of CC carefully and proceed with right decision.
