Glitch

I purchased a car from a player without insurance and after placing it in my garage I went offline. After 2-3 hours I came back and I cant see my car there in garage but it is showing in red as it is already occupied. I tried recalling it but nothing happened. That car is not showing in my stats where cars name come. Please solve this.
