Rejected LSPD STRIKE/DISBAN?

So i flew in the city last night, and just like that we were checking our ranks! and then someone told me wtf did u see your rank im like no hold up then i check to find out i was suspended, so i started tripping and wondering why tf i would be suspended if i was po2 and never got a strike or warning only positif comments by everyone! so i went on a discord call with high command, and she showed me i got 3 verbal strikes while being out of the city! so IA HEAD made fake strikes of me for no reason, without receiving no communication or what so ever, then the leader got mad at the person for showing me the high command chat and telling her if they get disbanned or wtv she will be in shit and all that! which he is manipulating her and playing with her! their is totally no control in the new lspd everyone is everywhere theirs no official training aswell, you awnser questions that takes 2 seconds then your in they give you a gun,taser,bulletproof vest and everything! aswell as they hirer people that dont have the requirements to join lspd! ex: lvl 2 backpack, voicebox...

Keep in mind all of this happend while i was out of the city!

not on forums it was a ia report made by a doc officer and for the hc chat thing with my captain I told her it was fine but we should not be showing that information because it was meant only for highcommand you are twisting the words

When you say that " you awnser questions that takes 2 seconds then your in they give you a gun,taser,bulletproof vest and everything" when you get accepted into the Org you become a trainee yes your in PD but your still a Civilian I mean They don't even get LSPD Role in the discord. Also keep in mind you wont even be able to pull out a gun until your PO1 even Rookies cant pull out guns. As FTO Captain I feel like there is no way you would be able to pull out a gun I've been running and watch previous FTO captains run the division and i could assure you our FTO Division is stronger then ever. And PD is also Stronger then ever.

Hello, I am IA department in LSPD,
1st strike - Criminal Record (we count this as a strike) we ask in every interview do you have a criminal record she lied to us by saying no, we then proceeded to check after as our protocol weekly check and found out she had a criminal record.
2nd strike - Going into the ghetto in civilian clothes using PD stuff which is actually a server rule that she cant use PD equipment while she's off duty.
3rd strike - going into DOC harassing them (off duty) and opening doors without showing ID or claiming she's LSPD, also saying she's going to report them because he tazed her as he had probable cause, because she's walking around DOC not saying anything. Also one of our high command officers shouldn't have showed high command chat as there's confidential stuff in there (this is common sense).
Ethan didn't get mad at our high command officer for this he simply told her not to do it again.

Your spelling and grammar is below average, the points your making are appalling. Your coming to LSPD saying "Get ready for an LSPD disband, look at forums". We verbally warned you, as me and Ethan both shouted at you for this, that was your verbal warning. Then as you stated we put you down to suspended so we could tell you about this.
