Hi Lebron,

I managed to get my ID with some help, EN1(261408). I don't know what caused the ban as I was only in city for less than a minute, I then decided to move to EN3 which I have been active there since and during that period made a technical forum asking for help with this issue and that I never knew the ID, I have been playing EN3 for awhile with no issues and as I know many people in EN1 I have always wanted to be able to return and be active there also.
