In provided Imgur evidences below it can be seen that ID 103409 firstly incorrectly used "/me" command at wrong place, then he violates GR 6.1 again by using "/try" command several times, first at IC Time 13:40, then at 14:05 and lastly at 14:08, in the situation specifically on me he used "/try" command thrice.

Note: The person's real ID is 176324 and he is using makeup in this case.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report

He used /try commands for two different people not for same guy multiple times.

Ans regarding /me command used it can be human error which he corrected it again and did /try which clearly seen in evidence provided​
