2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
i) -I have spent multiple terms in LSPD and other legal organizations as a HC. This experience has been vital to who I am today and how I like to roleplay. This invaluable experience is a assistance and a necessity for leading LSPD which I think I could strive for and achieve. As having experience being HC in multiple different legal organizations has showed me how it could be like to lead a legal organization and also how I could lead an legal organization.
ii) -LSPD is a kind of organization where the new members who arrive in the city want to get a good experience of legal organization. The first organization in everyone's mind when thinking to serve the state is my organization LSPD. Each and every citizen and officer will be treated with respect. I will also make sure that all the new citizens will never be ignored and there problems will be solved as soon as possible.
iii) I have complete confidence in the advantages of cooperation and community. Throughout my time at LSPD I've seen how teamwork may turn challenges into successes. I want to create an environment in which everyone is valued and respected, and where every officer knows that their opinion is important. We can create a positive and supportive environment by encouraging open discussion and making helpful suggestions. I'd like to encourage our troopers to take the initiative by sharing their ideas and contributing to the role. Together, we can transform LSPD from a law enforcement agency to a close-knit community committed to our city's safety and well-being.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

. There would be no favoritism during my term. Everyone will be treated equaly and have a chance to showcase their abilities/skills.
. Weekly meetings with High Command for feedback and divisional improvements.
. will provide heavy bonuses to the officer that encourage them to work even harder for the organization.
