2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- 1 ) I have been playing this project from many months and have been in state from the start. I started my journey in En3 where i my first organisation was LSPD i joined in Barney Hayes term where i met many good officers like Xohan Black Axledge Hayes Ashton Hayes and many other great officers where i learnt most of the things about LSPD after that i continued my journey in XOHAN Black, Akio Verlice and many more great chief and now i want to lead LSPD and Clean the City
- 2 ) I have a great experience in the Los Santos Police Department being Deputy Chief i have learnt everything and i will give my best to make a Good Term attending events doing arrest and cooperating with other orgs i also have experience of other orgs like FIB,SAHP,NG,GOV Etc. With my experience i am sure to do a successful term where my officers will comply with the city rules and keep the city clean also i am aware about the responsibilities of leader and i have lead LSPD as Deputy Chief.
- 3 ) I want to lead LSPD Leader and want to complete my Term as chief with Minimum Warns and have a clean term where my officers wont do much rule breaks i wont do big promises but i will give my best and i will make new departments like Air support who will be scout the city and report the earliest In HS FZ Raid Etc also i will comply with the Legislation as well with other Organizations and will be Friendly with Citizens and host regular PR Events this is my goal as chief to make a successful Chief.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
-1 To Hire an active Pr Team who would strengthen the relationship of LSPD with the Citizens .
We will host regular events and will have interviews with Life Invader so that people will know our Work.
- 2 I have seen in the last few Term that people are not following Rp Commands and i will change it with the approval of curators For EX:
/do turns on the LSPD Database Computer.
/me Update the wanted List In the LSPD Database etc.
- 3 Giving Bonus to active players and host regular Promotion Ceremony and give ranks to deserving officers so that they are work can be Recognized .
- 4 To have active departments which will be closely monitored by me and my deputy's
- 5 To a district attorney and will make sure my officers will comply with the legislation .
- 6 To hosting joint operations with other Orgs and will keep a friendly relations with them.
- 7 As Chief i will make sure my Org wont be toxic and wont create any fights with citizens or other Orgs
- 8 To compensate for any mishaps done by my officers to the citizens and take strict action for that.
