2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation
I would like to apply for this position of 'Chief Of Police' as I have served most of my time in city as a LEO, I have very close connection with State organizations in my heart. I have worked under multiple leaders from which I have got enough inspiration and experience to be able to lead an organisation. I started my beautiful journey as a Leo with SAHP I got my basic Training from there and then later on I moved on to more harder organization which is FIB where I worked for 4-5 Terms under various leaders from where I worked my way up to the ranks my last rank at FIB was Chief Of Staff as I was leading HR department there now I'm willing to lead an organization, If i am given the opportunity to lead LSPD, i promise to work hard and make LSPD great and functional again.
The issue I faced in my whole journey was The favouritism in which I lost my position which hearted me a lot and demotivated me but if I get a chance to lead LSPD so I'm goanna make sure that the issues which I faced should not be faced by anyone just because of favouritism because it can demotivate and can also lead to loose their hopes to serve in the organisation which will overall result in organisations loss.
As leading organization is not only for 1 person, The whole org depends on each and every high-command so I'm goanna make sure that every high command under me should be well deserved to its position, Me myself will assemble a team which will lead the organization and will fulfil my place if I'm not available at the moment moreover I will assign best available HR as they have a important role in org to train new employees.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As LSPD is responsible to maintain law and order in the city so under my leadership LSPD will always be patrolling in the city and will maintain the safety of city and will work as a team. My team would have training for certain RP scenarios to avoid making rule breaks and make it a swift flowing scenario.
I will set daily tasks for every department with huge bonuses to attract employees and to make more competition between them which will lead to higher activity from the organization.
As mentioned above under my leadership there would be no favoritism in the organization every employee will get the respect which they are deserved which will keep them motivated there would be equality between all employees.All employees will be promoted according to there activity and knowledge which will encourage them to gain more knowledge and keep them engaged within the Org.
