Hello my name is Arthur I'm 26 years old i want born in mexico, I enjoyed my childhood very much and I always dreamed to become a state employee, the day of my graduation I thought I will finally get my dream job, but , due to less opportunities in my mother country, I had 2 choices, the first choice is tto immigrate to an another country and keep following my dreams or just to move on and get another job, I forgot to mention above that I am a person that can hardly move on from a situation , so chosed to immigrate and bring my family with me (my father and mother), so here I am in America LOS SANTOS city baby. When I arrived I got married to a women and got 1 daughter, we got so many enjoyable moment and I wished that it last forever until the day I will get a phone call frome my wife informing me that my parents got killed by an officer due to racism, and as I mentioned I cant move on easly from something that chocked me, so my attitude changed I became agressive and nervous all the time the reason that pushed my wife to cheat on me, when i found out I directly divorced her and the court gave her the right to take my daughter from me.

When I first arrieved I got a job in the EMS, i like helping people and providing medecin and medical care to society until the day of death of my parents I left the EMS and trained to be a good officer, when finished training I first joined LSPD to be more experimented an talented in this field for long time, and finally the term has ended an i get back to the city, I did my enterview I completed my task and was promoted to division supervisor due to my skills and now everything will change by the idea that came to me to be a bad cop to get revenge for my parents and destroy other people lifes like they did to mine, and earning more money.
Outcomes:
1- Arthur cannot provide any time of identification when asked to protect his identity.
2- Arthur can take bribes up to 100k.
3- Arthur can prevent himself or others from incrimination by killing them.
4- Arthur can destroy bodycam twice par situation using proper commands
5- Arthur can remove criminals from the wanted list and wipe their criminal record by bribe or not.
6- Arthur can assist other corrupt officers in their activities.
7- Arthur can help criminals in prison to escape by bribes or not.
8- Arthur can lie about the request of a lawyer and refuse to show his id to any 10-15.
9- Arthur can steal weapons from gang members and criminals.
