2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 LSPD is the heart of the city without LSPD the city cannot function properly and I want to lead the heart. I want to make LSPD the best. I have been working on this project for a long time, I have gained lot of experience in different states organization so that is why, I think I am ready to become the leader of this organization. I spent a lot of time in state organizations. I've seen a lot of good and bad things. I would use all the good things I saw and implement them in the organization, and I would correct the bad things and try to prevent them from happening. I know that the position of leader of LSPD is very difficult, so I am ready to face all the obstacles that will await me.
2.2 .We all know that in current time RolePlay quality is going very down, because there are a lot of people who violate it non-stop, that's why I'm here to increase the level of RolePlay, by which I mean that when there are serious situations, we should all behave decently and normally other organizations would see that LSPD is better in terms of RolePlay. I love this organization very much and I would work hard for it and be honest with everyone. From the beginning of playing on this project, I wanted to be a leader and I think that now I have gone through and learned enough that I could become a leader and I think that now is the right time for that. I would help all new members and provide them with training from the high command. I would resolve disputes between members calmly and listen to both sides. I would also give a lot of opportunities to everyone.
2.3 With my already formed team, I would lead this organization and recruit every day if necessary. I would also like to be the leader of this organization because I would make an excellent team of people who would reduce crime in the city. I would have plenty of active patrols deployed all over the city. I am very resourceful and calm and I think for myself that I would do well to lead the LSPD. I understand that being the leader of this organization is very difficult and requires taking on a huge responsibility. I understand that the leader must follow and comply with the Curator's orders and instructions, and thus, know all the rules of the server. I believe that I have the ability and skills to fulfill all the requirements and that is why I want to apply to be the leader of this organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will assign duty time to High commands so that we always have someone experienced to lead any situation.
3.2 Promotion ceremony will be done once every week to boost the confidence of the officers and I will personally check everyone logs to see who is eligible to get promoted.
3.3 I will make the best HR team with best officers so that everyone gets a top-class training.
3.4 Me and my deputy's will always keep an eye on every officer and also on every department's activity to avoid any issue in the organization and maintain its smooth flow.
3.5 Excellent relationship between the Leader and other employees, no matter what rank you are, we will work as friends, not that I as a leader stand out from others, but I want them to feel as if I am not their superior.
3.6 We will do practice drills twice every week. Which will include shooting, placing barricades etc.
3.7 I would do a lot of global events where LSPD would be the organizer, and a lot of other players would be able to have fun.
3.8 I would introduce a special unit (Anti-Terrorist Unit) that would be responsible for deploying to hostage situations and robberies such as stores, gunstores, ATMs. The leader of this unit would be someone who knows very well the rules of the city, where he could prevent that ATM robbery without breaking any IC rules and professionally arrest and take those people who broke the IC code to prison.
3.9 A carefully selected team of people: In High Command, there would be people of my utmost trust. This would prevent many conflicts and problems because the High Command, after the Leader and his deputies, is the most important link in running the organization.
