2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1 I understand that being the leader of this organization is very difficult and requires taking on a huge responsibility. I understand that the leader must follow and comply with the Curator's orders and instructions, and thus know all the rules of the server. I believe that I have the ability and skills to fulfill all the requirements that I have stated in the previous sentences, and that is why I want to apply to be the leader of this organization.

2.2 The LSPD was part of the basic state organizations needed to protect the people of the city. I want to help the city be safer. As a Highcomand I have led organizations in the past and that makes me qualified to lead and try to make LSPD the best organization in town.

2.3 I think I have more than enough experience in government organizations considering that I only play in them on the server. NG, LSPD, FIB, SAHP. And I have a lot of experience in every domain of organizations. I am ready to be competent in any position I find myself in. Every day we have some new challenge and battle to overcome and I think only the sky is the limit. Likewise for this organization where new heights will be reached.

2.4 I have a lot of ways to improve roleplay in the organization, e.g. more fun and motivation for work, bigger bonuses and more events, etc. I like when my hard work is seen, and I am ready to invest a lot of effort in LSPD because I want it to be one of the best leader. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 I believe that serious work in the LSPD is very hard work and deserves a reward. Therefore, I plan to introduce the payment of regular bonuses to all members of the army depending on their dedication to duty.

3.2 In order to make work more easy in the organization , I would introduce different units and ranks. Each rank and each unit would have its own task that they should fulfill, while there would be no confusion about who does what and everyone would not interfere with each other's tasks.

3.3 I would implement stricter penalties for any violation of the code or rules in order to eradicate mistakes, misconduct or unprofessionalism.

3.4 Every day, border controls would be carried out at the entrance to the city on the left and right highways, and these checkpoint controls would last at least an hour so that we could prevent our fellow citizens from reducing their speed on the highway so that they would not injure themselves and have a traffic accident with other fellow citizens where they can be injured and even lead to death.

3.5 I would have a good number of experience people in the HC that I know and believe would be able to give quality and detailed training to new members so that those members could learn a lot about how an organization works and gain a lot of experience in it, also in training new members would go with one person from the HC on a patrol, where they would be given even more detailed training on how to patrol and how to stop that particular person whom they believe, according to the IC, to have violated the IC Code of the state.

3.6 As for the improvement of the RP in the organization itself, the HC/HS have already been formed and I would be ready for serious work on the first day of the mandate, reducing all kinds of trolls, toxicity, fevouritism ,non-collegiality, indolence, violations of OOC rules, codes.
