Greetings to the esteemed Board Members!
In the beginning I have received a 60 day ban for investigation form Mr: Sultan Pluxury and I informed him that 15 million had been transferred from my Twink account and i told him too that I found that the server suddenly shuts down without any prior warning. At first, I didn't pay much attention to it
However, later on, I noticed that some items disappeared from my main account and a car that I never took out of my garage was stolen and i am 100% Sure that it was in my garage and i made a ticket for that and there is an admin told me to make a fourm and you can be sure from that.
Mr. Sultan informed me that my account had been hacked from more than four different accounts (("Does it make sense that I would give my account to more than four people in four different countries outside my own at the same time and they will open all the same account together ?"))and that the money had been transferred to one of the hacker's accounts.
I also learned that this hacker had committed the same act with multiple accounts, not just mine, which indicates that the breach occurred within the Grand servers themselves and not through my actions.
Mr. Sultan confirmed this after thoroughly inspecting my computer, leaving no detail unchecked, and assured me that there was absolutely no evidence of my account being compromised from my side. He also confirmed that I have never shared my account with anyone, and i didn't install any unauthorized patches and sultan searched for that carfully . Based on this, Mr. Sultan advised and guided me to make afourm Mr. Sultan also assured me that, with 100% certainty, my computer had not been hacked in any way.
I have indeed done that, and Mr. Bobby received the form. However, he rejected it without providing any reasons for the rejection. He didn't even bother to ask Mr. Sultan about anything, and he didnt take the enough time to wait for Mr. Sultan to be available to inquire about what happened or hear anything from him and I submitted the form again, it was rejected by Mr:Bobby for a second time without any explanation or even considering my objection and this is the fourm i made . You can verify the truth of my words with Mr. Sultan, and every word I have said in this form is sincere from the bottom of my heart. I apologize for repeating my wards , but I want to emphasize once again that I have not given my account to anyone, and i didn't do anything that violates the rules. I am well aware of them. Please, do not punish me for a crime committed by someone else. I kindly request that you lift the ban on my account. I have suffered a lot due to this issue, as my money was stolen, and I did not receive my 60 Gc. My account has been suspended for over 8 days. I ask that you investigate the matter thoroughly, search for the truth, and avoid injustice toward me. I apologize for the length of this message, and thank you."
