2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific Organization?
I have very good experience in SAHP, FIB, NG, GOV, EMS and LSPD also. I was in high command position Like Chief of staff and head of department in all legal organisation.
So I know how to lead a organisation and how to communicate with other legal organisation. Till this date I have not done any work in these organizations which displeased my superiors.
I have never lead an organization as a leader but I have been part of law enforcement groups in important roles And one more thing is, the last time i worked in NG as a LT. General. So I think now I can lead. Hope I gained some more experience.
I learned how to lead the organization in missions and events, how to hold everything together under pressure and how to toughen myself up as a true leader to help stabilize things overall.
And I also learned how LSPD works and what is their main purpose. And I hope I can have a good relationship with every person and I will not offend anyone.
I learned how to manage people well. My main aim is to continue this organization in the best possible way with the cooperation of all.
I've always wanted to explore some fun and innovative ways of doing things, maybe in the form of new special missions or perhaps other different things in the organization that can really help make the org fun and alive and attract people towards it. I think if I can help my employees I'll get better help from them. And one more thing I will always remember before giving a position I will always conduct an interview to check their knowledge whether they are qualified for the position at least my aim is to make LSPD more active and alive in the city more than any other organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization?
I think newbies should be supported and trained. If they are well trained then they can train others well. I will select my HR staff very carefully so that they can train everyone efficiently. And I think one most important department of every organization is HR department and I alwyas worked in HR department. I will take great care when appointing my Human Resources (HR) staff, choosing people who are outstanding in their particular fields. I have been connected for a long time. So I know running an organization is not much of a problem if they are qualified. My intention is to give the responsibilities of that department to those who are skilled in that department. I will boost the morale of hardworking employees of my organization with strong bonuses so that they feel my organization as their own. I always interview people to determine their knowledge and qualifications prior to assigning any roles. My ultimate goal is to make the LSPD the most popular department in the city and to put professionalism first.
This method will motivate every employee in my organization.
As I mentioned earlier my ultimate goal is to make LSPD the most popular in this city.
