The warning issued to our family for ER 1.18 on 26.11.2024, during the RP factory event, the event circle unexpectedly became smaller without any prior announcement. As a result, we continued to follow our usual routine and entered the area from our regular spot, which led us to a location behind the walls that is not accessible from the outside.
Given that the change in the event circle size was not communicated in advance, we believe the warning for a mass rule break was issued under circumstances that were beyond our control. Our actions were not intentional, and we strictly adhered to the norms as per the information available to us at the time.
I kindly request you to reconsider this decision, as it appears to stem from an unforeseen adjustment in the event parameters rather than any deliberate violation on our part.
