On 26.11.2024, during the RP factory event, we got a warning for ER 1.18 because the event circle unexpectedly became smaller without any notice. Because of this, we kept following our usual routine and entered from our regular spot, which led us to a place behind the walls that can’t be reached from the outside.
Since we didn’t know about the change in the event circle size beforehand, we believe the warning for breaking the rules wasn’t fair. We didn’t do it on purpose, and we followed the rules based on the information we had at the time.
I kindly ask you to reconsider this decision, as it seems the warning was due to an unexpected change in the event, not because of any mistake we made on purpose.
