I received a warning for GR 6.15 (RDM) - Approved - RDM | 180639 . It was a common treasure location that we can access from our phone, I went there and it was already an active situation going on there, people shooting each other. As far as I believe during an active situation I don't have to go in and give a separate demand, as there are chances I might get killed before even getting close to them to give demands if they mistake me for the other player's friend.
