2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?



I would like to be a leader of the National Guard as I have been serving the city for a very long time. I have many terms under my belt, some might even say NG runs in my blood even when I joined other orgs to experiment. I have never forgotten about my time in National Guard where I served for more than a dozen terms, and reached the highest ranks through hard work. I believe I have what it takes to make NG stronger than it has ever been, with the help of my amazing team.



The second reason I want to become the general, is due to the fact I have not been seeing cooperation and respect towards NG from other orgs. It is time NG step up and show that we are a crucial organisation that other LEOs must work together with to ensure we keep our city safe. There is no room for looking down on NG, we are all equals within the LEO departments, we are a team it is time we start acting like it!!! On my point here, I believe NG soldiers need to have basic understandings of the law whether it be their rights or the citizens they apprehend, I will accomplish this with my team which have extensive DOJ experience.


How I will do this, and improve NG image:

  • I will host weekly trainings between LEOs special departments in the National Guard arena
  • Ammo runs will keep moving at a rapid steady pace
  • Increase the number of units in the org via implementing a strong HR team, the MP, which is military police will work only after HR has gathered 100+ units in the first week.
  • I will ensure each soldier is properly trained and each soldier carry NG reputation on their shoulders within events, showing upmost professinalism.

We will have one new department the Night Watch department, which will be funded directly by me and the deputies, as well as all others who wish to donate.



Human Resources - For recruiting and training purposes



Special Air and Sea Division - Will do all combat based operations, attend all globals and events



Air Force - For scouting missions, transport etc



Military Police - For making sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly.

As mentioned above Im adding a new department which the test run has been a massive success in Mrs Samantha Parkers term called the night watch, where units attend subs event, go to DOC to man it and help Government, we will introduce city patrols for this department and have a high command who is available at those time zones to manage it. As many of you know the Night Watch department was scrapped by previous terms, I will bring it back and make sure that NG is present in day and night.

The High commands will be carefully instructed to be respectful to their lower rank colleagues, ensure that the high commands are well seasoned and experienced to ensure they can man the base when need be, and help those who are lower rank or new to make sure they are working properly.

Another Idea to really improve RolePlay is using our amazing bunker in the NG base! It is massive and filled with questioning rooms. For example FIB HC can ask me and NG high commands, to give them access they then can take gang members and question them to find maybe the next raid and if they co operate their sentence can be reduced or maybe they can even be let go if the information is important and valid.

The bonus system as well as the promotion system has been some call rigged. Favouritism is a disease we must eliminate, so far what I have seen is leaders coming just to get something, someone who leads NG must love what they do and give it their all, you will not give your friends Lt General because they are your friends, you must think for the org and the two terms your blessed to lead it!





I am a hands on deck person, being a leader does not make you exempt from work, instead it should inspire you to be a role model. My extended experience will help me contribute to departments who need and seek help. I will ensure that no high command is inactive, and that all high commands work for their positions and continue to work after achieving high command.

I have a team of great attorneys who wish to come to the National Guard as DAs, with experience I posess as well as the DAs I believe we can internally manage all of NGs problems and make sure our soldiers are up to part. I believe everything can be handled with a chat however, it is important to maintain professionalism and be strict when need be. A team is what makes an organisation great, and a team is also what makes the state orgs stronger than ever. I believe I along with my team and colleagues in other organisations can achieve this.
