I was borne to a drugged out couple in a tent on the border of Canada and The States. When I 2 my parents were taken hostage and I was sold on the black market to a rich mafia family in Detroit. I grew up in an environment of drugs, death, and money. My new father was a beast of a man who kept a pack of jaguars to rip people he didn't like apart for his amusement. I went to a fancy rich private school and there I met my best friend Jeff Jordan. He was the only person who treated me like a human even knowing where I had come from and who I was related to. I found out a year into our friendship that his uncle was a Secret Service Agent and he was trying to build a case against my fathers organization. I had always resented the man and I had grown close to Jeff. I wanted a normal life so I decided to help them build a case against my so called father. I covertly planted recorders and made copies of files before encrypting them and sending them through a secure server to jeff. I had always had a talent with computers. One morning they booted the doors of my house down and arrested everyone but me. My father swore vengeance but seeing as the secret service had been working with me all along, they put me in witness protection moving to Los santos and gave me a job.

When I started my career with the secret service I loved my job it was nothing but bliss and growth. I learned so many new skills and expanded my prior computer skills. After a few months we started hearing whispers that my fathers organization was starting to move again. For some reason ties were popping on in Los Santos this time. At first it was nothing, we could a thug trying to extort some local Chinese place and he claimed he was forced to as he couldn't leave the organization or much worse things followed. Then it turned into full on claimed bank robberies and Kidnappings. Then they took Jeff. My best friend the only person who had been by my side my whole life they took him, tortured him and were holding him for ransom. The Secret Service was putting their hands in the air saying we need time or we can't do that they didnt even want to save him. Then the Mage family came in like a death squad and wiped out the whole squad of kidnappers and freed jeff. They had some kind of turf war and it seems feet had been stepped on. I then on swore I would join that family and help them in any way I can. I managed to join while climbing the ranks of the government ladder. Then I met a few members of the upper echelons of the family and became quite close. I now plan to use my position as the Chief of staff of secret service to benefit myself any my family after my organization had failed me in my most dire time of need.
Outcomes:
1- Zeek can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe).
2- Zeek can destroy devices such as body cams and radios and can find hidden ones with ((/try command)(2 times per situation))
3- Zeek can break any state laws while on or off duty. ( IC Laws only )
4- Zeek can lie about requesting a lawyer, lie about identification/not to show any identification to any suspect/lawyer/State Employee(FIB, EMS, GOV, LSPD, SAHP).
5- Zeek can hack into the government database 1 time every 6 hours to edit/delete/fabricated evidence in some way. (Edit Bodycams, Photoshop evidence, Delete or Create Fake Bodycam or Other Evidence)
6- Zeek can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
7- Zeek can torture/interrogate people for information or use the truth serum to get factual information (using the /try command twice per situation).
8- Zeek can commit crimes as a corrupt LEO. For example, go ghetto clapping , buy/sell guns from black market, or use illegal stuff /weapons(no ORG weapons included).
