1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   Having been here for a while, I have been able to engage with the different aspects of the city. In doing so, I have gathered lots of experience and knowledge regarding the dynamics of the RP and wish to leverage it for the benefit of others. Whenever a player approaches me, I will be able to assist a player with in-game challenges, answer questions regarding him/her and help in guiding the new players. I want to help the community as well as ensure the players who wish to break the rules do not do so to enhance the enjoyment of the game for all. I have been in gangs and have served as a deputy. I am looking forward to take the role and therefore this position shall help me in satisfying myself.

3. Quick Learner: I can quickly adjust to new circumstances and surroundings.
   Communication Skills: I can express myself clearly and deal with conflicts smoothly.
   Problem Solver: I can analyze the situation and its complexities and be able to provide suitable solutions.
   Team Player: As an administrator, it is self-evident that I must work with other people in order to accomplish my duties.
4. What are your weaknesses?
   Impatience: However, I sometimes tend to get overwhelmed in times of high pressure and I am working on my patience. Overtrusting: At times, I can be a bit too trusting in some people which may pose challenges at times.
   
   
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   I can bring a high level of activity and dedication. I think a reasonable admin is one who is active and responsive and I am willing to do this. I shall make every effort to treat tickets and players´ queries in a timely and professional manner. I have earned monumental insights from my experience in gangs and leadership and these are the players I will be mentoring. I seek more and more knowledge to be sharp so I am a good fit in the team.
